Can screen protectors hide screen scratches?

Obviously, people who have not used screen protectors will have this question, which is whether using a protective film can hide existing display scratches. The answer is: it depends on the size of the scratch.

Firstly, it depends on the severity of the scratches. Obviously, the deeper the scratch, the less likely it is to disappear under the protective layer. But in most cases, it depends on the protective program you apply. If your goal is to hide scratches, the best choice is to use a protective film with liquid adhesive. The liquid will fill the small gaps left by scratches, and once the protective film is opened, it may completely disappear.

For very small scratches, even a regular screen protector is enough to cover them up.

With so many options and affordable prices, installing screen protectors for your device has become effortless. PET film products are the best choice for basic screen protectors. TPU protective covers may be a bit rare, but they have the best economic and resilience ratio.

Finally, tempered glass protective films provide better protection and feel, but their prices are on the high side. Nevertheless, even more expensive products make sense for flagship smartphones and tablets. Unlike protective cases, they hardly change the appearance of your high-end device, but can save you screen repair costs.
